Shipping Policy

Before placing a delivery order

Levain Bakery currently sends merchandise exclusively within the United States. Checkout identifies eligible destinations, states every applicable shipping fee before payment, and shows free delivery when a qualifying offer is available. Verify that the destination is complete, correct, and able to receive the package; the store does not accept responsibility for a delay or failed delivery resulting from an inaccurate, partial, or unavailable address supplied by the customer.

When an order leaves

Following confirmation of payment, preparation takes 0-1 business day. Handling occurs Monday-Friday and pauses for weekends and public holidays. Orders entered on a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday begin on the following business day, and no parcel is dispatched during Saturday or Sunday.

Expected arrival

Carrier delivery normally requires 3-5 business days once shipment occurs. The combined processing-and-transit estimate is ordinarily 3-6 business days.

Shipment visibility

A confirmation message includes tracking information when it is available. Tracking may need as much as 24 hours after carrier possession before displaying an update.

Changes, delays, and delivery scans

Address mistakes should be reported promptly. We will attempt a correction before shipment, although a change is not guaranteed once handling or dispatch has occurred. Weather, carrier disruption, holidays, elevated order demand, and events beyond our control can cause delay; after the estimated window, reach out and we will investigate status. If a carrier marks the package delivered but it cannot be found, examine the delivery location and speak with that carrier first. Our support team can then help review the matter.
